David Raban


David Raban started his journey into mindfulness 25 years ago, during a backpacking trip to India. 

An experienced mindfulness trainer and meditation teacher, David offers a wide range of courses and workshops to help students manage the challenges of daily life and live in the present moment.

Most of David’s work is focused on dealing with stress related to the workplace, preventing burnout and offering support to individuals dealing with work related stress. Having a full time job next to the mindfulness teaching ensures that David knows first hand the challenges faced by the modern work environment and how to manage them.


David is also a breathing coach, and learning how to work with the breathe is core to his practice.

Combining scientific explanations with ancient techniques all levels of students can get the technique that is right for them.



David holds a PhD in Astrophysics
